Studies show that nearly 1 in 10 girls in Africa miss classes during their menstrual cycle — losing up to 20% of their school year. At Zana Rising, we refuse to accept this. Our dignity packs provide sanitary towels, hygiene essentials, and reassurance that no girl should ever have to choose between education and her natural cycle. We believe that when we protect a girl’s dignity, we protect her future.
